Well I've all but finished the workshop....

  4. I'm back. Dry brush is applying a bit of paint with one brush, and carefully, delicately, gently blending it with another one [almost damp]. It can be somewhat touchy, as too much blending can remove some of the underlying pigment.
    And, yes, I will post something on the tugboats. I was having some trouble with it, but I believe I have resolved the problem.
